The Controller weighs 5.5 pounds.

This sounds real good. I'm currently in the airport. Will be be Friday. I would to compare your pictures and see if they look the same.
I will let you over the weekend. Zip code: 53182

OK,... Dude... Last time I looked at the picture is was silver. Your Profile says you own a 1997 CC converted to 48 volts. The 1996 Regen was always a 48 volt cart. What did you convert.

If we are going to help Mr. Pais,.. we needd to give him help to prove the controller he has is dead. How can he test the current solenoid, or the motor or anything else. That is what will help him.

Anyway, from the years that I owned the 1996,.. the ONLY thing that was really unique about that cart was the type of foot petal control that fed the controller. The controller was just a basic 220 AMP controller. The foot petal was a 0-5K pot,...nothing at all like a V-glide or an MCOR and I could not find a replacement anywhere,.. so I built one myself. With a 0-5K pot out of an old EX-GO which I tested first on the old controller and it worked fine. Then I added high current ATX controller and new solenoid, 4 Gauge cables, new wiring, etc,... I got that cart up to 21 MPH with no motor change. I recently sold it or I could help him by testing now.

look i,m not gonna argue with you over this so you own a 1996 and now you know everything i get it..........i own many more carts than the 2 in my profile but i don,t have to prove that to you either..........i,ll say it one more time and than i,m done there are 2 different controllers for a 1996 reagan cart..........your silver one and a black one that is very different than yours ok no big deal....my sugestion was so the member would at least look at his cart to make sure that controller was the same one and not the 700 dollar black one......if he bought it from you and than found out that it wasn,t the one he needed would you have taken it back and gave him his money back?? i would like to think so but from the way your acting i,m guessing now not so.....................so be it..........everyone here who knows me knows i don,t sling mud and go out of my way to help if and when i can and thats the bottom line....................................
