On #5 above, the red wire moving down from the run/tow switch; when you say the main terminal on the battery side of the solenoid, do you mean the positive side? Thanks. |

Yes (The heavy gauge cable coming from the positive terminal on the battery pack makes it so, neither the solenoid's contacts nor the solenoid's coil are actually polarized. )

UPDATE: I have decided to haul the cart to an EZGO repair shop next week to check all of my wiring before attaching batteries. Thanks for all of the help so far, and I will report back how I did!
