ez-go PDS drive system intermittent slow drive
Hi Everyone
I'am hoping someone has come across this problem before. The cart is a model A300 S/N-1245190. The problem is sometimes you take off and it is fast other times you take off and you can walk faster. When the problen occurs you can switch from for to rev and back up three feet. Then put it back into forward and it will go fast again. I have checked the voltage at the accel pot and it is 14V Supply and 2.75V at WOT to the black signal at the controller. The voltage remains the same at accel wire at controller even if it is acting up with the slow drive. I'am leaning towards a drive motor acting up. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Dave |

you can check to see if the solenoid is sticking closed or if the magnet in the speed sensor was cracked or wires are damaged.
