JohnnieB, emailed ScottyB and he says that the main wiring molex plug will not plug into the adaptor harness. Either need to change the main plug or upgrade to a newer year main PDS wiring harness. Any thoughts?

I thought your J1 plug looks the same as mine, but I'm going on memory, so it could be different. I'll get some pictures of the plug on my wiring harness and the Jack on my old PDS controller and post them. If possible, can you get a picture of the jack on your controller and better on of the plug.

Added - it'll be tomorrow before I can take the pictures.

Probably too early to ask, but would the pins be the same, even if they were using a different style plug? If so, worst case would be to either make an adapter, or simply put a new molex plug on the wires.

I had to cut my molex plug off and put spade terminals on my series to fit the AXE.

Here is some more pictures of the control, main plug, and jack.

Looking at the top of the plug the wires go -green/black strip, white, white/yellow strip, yellow, dark blue.

Looking from the bottom side, wires go - red, red/white strip, green, orange, gray.

The throttle and run/tow plug are unplugged in these photos

If there is a physical layout difference between the J1 jack on his 73326G02 controller (Attachment-1) and the J1 jack on the 73326G07 controller (Attachment-2) that used to be in my cart, I sure don't see it.

On both jacks pictured:
Pins 1, 4, 5, 7 & 8 are squares.
Pins 2, 3, 6, 9 & 10 have rounded edges.

Scotty, you sell PDS harnesses? My last cart I bought a PDS harness from ezgo, it's fairly expensive for what it is. I used Memorial Day discount code to make it a little better price.

Been away for the day but wanted to thank everyone for their input. After talking with Scotty some more, I decided that a complete new harness would be the best way to go. Wire and connections update certainly couldn't hurt, no additional splices in the wiring either. Searched the internet and got one ordered. Found it quite a bit cheaper than from the Ezgo site. Thanks Scotty, I will be in touch once I lay eyes on this new harness.
