Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Weezy that's nice! If I tryed that it would look like shredded chicken. Hope the cooler is full of adult beverages as you deserve it!
Dundee, aluminum yes! I started with steel flat stock and I stopped after the first one. Nope, going to get the right stock. I made all four in the time it took to make one from steel. |

My OCD may make me take the front seat back apart [emoji35] . The stripes are crooked. The adult beverage in the cooler may convince me to leave it.[emoji482]

Yep that OCD can be a problem.
My steering wheel is off by 90 deg so I said I will just remove it and put it right. Well that is not working so far... Tomorrow is another day. |

SouthCo, I used this as the stock. Amazon
Local supply did not have the 1/4" thick stock. Stock spacing is 5" center to center. I made 7" You could do 6" and that may be 1/2" to 1". Use aluminum, steel would take a lot of effort to make. |

At least you used 6061T6 alum its hardened but not brittle. It tends to crack at the radius if you bend it. But great for what you made

Well, it's not anything I did to the cart per se, however I paid my Father in Law the $1000 back he floated to buy the cart 3 years ago. So it's officially all mine now. Which is very exciting for me.
