1970 D crank bearing help please
I split my crankcase today to see if my fan side seal was bad (it is)
I'm thinking while I have it apart I will change the bearings out. I'm confused about which bearing that I need. I know what I need on the clutch side, but the fan side has me a little puzzled. Currently I have 2 different looking bearings on that side. The outer one is sealed, but the inner one looks different. When I go to order new ones, do I order 2 of the same sealed bearings, or do I need two different ones? Also, as far as the seal goes, I am seeing "crankshaft seal" and also "oil seal ignition side" both of them show the year that my cart is. Do I need 1 of each of those? Thanks for any help |
