Default ONWARD HP/Lithium VCM Failure

Just testing the waters to see how many other dealers are having issues with the VCM failing in the hp/lithium onward carts. We have had 4 in the last 2 weeks and its been frustrating to say the least when trying to get them fixed. The parts are easily enough to get but then trying to get the speed mode 4 code is like a two week process.

I am not a dealer but own a 2020 onward. It took 4 weeks for the service department to find and fit my cart. It was the VCM. My cart did 29 MPH. Not sure till I get if Fri. if it still does.

Your HP Li-ion did 29 mph? What mods did you do to obtain that?

+1, interested as well. I'm seeing 20.7mph Max then throttles back down to 19mph

I have the 2021 CC Onward Li-ion SE Road Runner.

Best I have achieved is 20mph. What changes are required for speed increase?

How can I get a wiring diagram?

I want to replace the standard horn with a 1965 Plymouth Roadrunner horn. I have isolated it and do not get a fault; however, the circuit will not blow the roadrunner horn. Ideas?

Gonna be a dumb question, but I am good at asking those! What does the '65 Roadrunner horn do? I'm guessing it goes "beep-beep" but have to ask!

Don't think they produced Road Runners until 1968. Had put one on one of my Chevelles. Horn was purple with an image of the cartoon Road Runner on it.

I was thinking it would make the sound like the old Roadrunner cartoon (not sure when that came out or even if that "sound" could be used or reproduced on a horn back then). The paint scheme seems pretty cool though!

I have an 2023 Onward HP. It’s down 5 weeks now with a fault. Tech ordered the part, I think a dc converter, but it’s not in. This is the second time this car has been down. CC needs to get in the game on this.
