Doug, what quick fill manifolds are those?

Also were you able to fit a carriage bolt in when you tray broke? Thinking of getting the Aluminum tray and putting bolts through the week spots prior to installation.

They have BFS written on top.

A quick search yielded the following:

BWT (Battery Watering Technologies, formerly Battery Filling Systems, a.k.a. BFS

Yes, I put a bolt through the corner of the tray to support the weld. So far so good...

my dealer put the steel oem battery tray in my cart. He took off the whole rear body off to fit it in. I watched him put it in, looked easy enough! He put in the trojan 875i (i think-I am guessing as I am not by the cart). They are working great once they were broken in. I also bought a new DPI charger to go with the new batts.

No it is not. When I have time I need to replace it. I've had a welded seam crack and bolt holes stretch. The rack is now resting on leaf spring bolts. I'll never do aluminum again.

dang. wish I had specs on one and I could get my local fabricator to make one out of galvanized steel.
