Stop Windshield Flexing On Rough Terrain
I just bought and installed a windshield for my cart. It is a really nice improvement. There is one issue I would like to remedy if possible and would welcome your suggestions. I notice that when going over rough terrain, the windshield flexes/flops back and forth quite a bit. I was wondering how to prevent this from happening. I thought about getting a length of small square tubing the same size as the roof supports and screwing it horizontally along the bottom of the plexi-glass but I'm wondering if you smart people have better or different suggestions.

Re: Stop Windshield Flexing On Rough Terrain
That is exactly what I did. And it worked great. Add some black 3M VHB tape between the windshield and square tubing or the windshield will just beat itself against the tubing.
