sound like the primary is stuck open which won't allow the belt to drop down in the driven and let you get any top speed.

Is this something that can be taken apart and lubed or just better to bite the bullet and replace it

Will this work for my year? I called my CC dealer and they want $135 for the service manual for my cart. I called a few other places today and they said they have every year around '96 but not '96. I don't know whats special about this cart but it hasn't been easy finding a cheaper manual. I'll keep trying for a week or so. If I can't find one I guess I'll just bend over and let CC screw me over. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. The cart serial number is JG9644-541263

i would not evben think about paying 135 for the manual, and how much will any supplements cost? no way!
