Piston Direction Flathead
I have a flathead the piston had too much carbon on it to see what I thought would be an arrow for installation direction stamped on it. Upon removing and cleaning the piston it has a R and L stamped on the top. What direction does it go in and if R and L are for right and left what is the right or left side of the engine.
