I use B-12 myself. Buy it by the case when I'm in full swing during mowing season.
Here's a neat little tip for cleaning jets without harming them. Cut a wire off a wire wheel (the type of wire that has a waive to it ) They are stiff so it will not bend, and as you move it through the jet the crooks in the wire will clean out the crud. |

cleaned carb w wd 40 runs great but now there is gas comming out of a small port on top of the carb. it is a small nipple on the top passenger side any ideas

Sounds like the overflow, needle may not be sealing properly or you could have a bad float.
