I think 6" is better then 4 for a few reasons. We came across this choice our selves. 6" gives you better choice for wheel and tire combos that's why we went that way. 6 is also a lot more common so different accessories might work better IE... side steps and stuff like that. It's raining like a beast today but I'll try to get pics. And as far as coming to the UK you get tickets to Top Gear and I'm there.

Even if you do get tickets it would be about a year out last I heard. Not sure that's accurate but I'd believe it.

So this should be pretty straight forward on a 94 Carryall 1? You didn't mention what year the villager was. I think they are the same axle.

The Villager 6 is a 2006. AND PICS ARE HERE. Each axle tube has 8 bolt holes but only 7 bolts. The top 12 o clock position is just center section if you look through it.

OK,
Call me whatever.......buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut
Whats wrong with fabricating longer spring hangers to lift the rear?
Seems like a simple solution but I don't see any evidence of it.

Nothing wrong with fabricating anything I love too. But if you just make longer shackles it will tilt your whole rear end since you are only lifting 1/2 your leaf spring. And since you are only lifting 1/2 your spring you get 1/2 the height. 4" longer shackle gives you 2" of lift. And if you want to lower your spring mount on the front of the leaf spring you are changing the leverage the side to side movement has on this point like using a breaker bar increases your leverage. And club cars have aluminum frames so you get to pay some one to weld it for you or you get to drill and bolt. And in the end rotating the axle tubes will cost $0.00 since you are just rearranging what is already there. Now for the front of the lift we fabbed the crap out of everything.

If you don't want to do all the that axle floping work, muck faster to just go to your local tractor supply store or any kind of a trailer supply store and spend 8 bucks for a new weld on pair on axel perches and use them on the top side. You don't realy need to even weld them on if you don't want too if you don't take the old bottom ones off caz the U bolts will hold them all in place, much faster and easer than other methods works well, a little cleaner would be to cut the old one off or even cut old off and move to the top but some find it easier to place the new ones correctly with axel still mounted in place
