Biggest Tire on ezgo non lifted marathon?
Can I put a 215/40-12 tire on a non lifted ezgo marathon without any issues of rubbing?

Actual sizes tend to vary by brand. What's the measured width and diameter of the tires you're looking?

not really sure just found a set online that said 215/40-12 for the tire. Would I be cutting it really close with them or should they clear?

also this cart is only used for golf so I dont need alot of clearance and what not for crazy terrain or anything.

There's a "pseudo-lift" trick that I have used in the past to get bigger street tires on Marathons and TXT's, longer bolts securing the front leafs with 1.5X1.75" spacer blocks between the frame and the leafs - on the rear, with a Marathon use the old-school rubber spring spacers to get what You need, on TXT make longer shackles / use HD springs or both .... I can't condone it as it's not the safest option, but in application if done correctly it works ....

 14" Fairway Alloys on a TXT using the above "cheats" - pounded severely for almost a year and no complaints |

So when I used the tire calculator is says its diameter is 18.8" its width is 8.46 would this fit under stock marathon? Im not going to put 14" wheels on it I want to go 12" if possible as I like the look better than 10". But I really dont want to have to lift the cart at all.

Overall height on a stock Marathon 18" tire is actually just a hair over (about 18.35") so that 18.8" should be no troubles ... Almost all aftermarket rims are offset too, so that would ensure the slight additional width wouldn't be an issue
