I have a feeling the muffler of the Drive2 cart is pretty restrictive. I’ve already fixed the air filter side, so that leaves the muffler. Is there an option that’s less restrictive and about the same sound level? |

Nope, all the restrictions and baffles is exactly what makes it quiet.

I thought the quietech also involved the baffling in the engine chamber and also modifications. I’m willing to go a bit louder for an extra pony though. :)
