charger question
i have a total charge for an ezgo i also have some 10/2 finely stranded wire i was wondering if it would drop the voltage to much if i run this i need to run it 40 feet could possably get by with 25 feet any electritions out there with suggestions

I don't see an issue with 40 feet on 10 gauge for 120v input. Monitor for heat but I don't think you'll have an issue on a 15A circuit.

We used to run #10 on even a 20 amp breaker 40 ft. to the kitchen & laundry Rooms on many homes. NO problem .....

sorry i didnt make myself clear i want to come out of the charger and run that far with the dc plug

DC will have drop at that distance, mot sure how much.

I just went here .... http://nooutage.com/vdrop.htm .... I input 40 ft., #10AWG, 36v, copper conductors, no conduit, 70 degrees, and it told me there would be 0 drop ??? go figure

10g is some substantial cable. Is that what these chargers run on the DC output side? I don't have access to mine, it's at the campground.
