I really can't see what is going on. You should have got a vid from idle to full throttle and back to idle. Hopefully the noise isn't coming from the trans.

Doesn't sound like the motor is getting to high RPM. Thats why I'm saying start at primary clutch.

Tomorrow I'll clean it up and take some pics and try the hearing trick, the noise is not all the time only when I get up to medium to high speed

I think your bracket on top of engine (that rear of airbox bolts to) may be broken.

Yes, i think the bracket on the top of the motor (where the rear of the airbox bolts to) may be broken and making all the noise. Also, have you tried removing the drive belt & run it to see if noise can happen without rear clutch spinning?

You could have rear end damage. But I'd remove the air filter box and look at the rear bracket. I think (if I remember rite), it bolts to the starter. The welds are just tack welds, and fail easily.

Then if belt is off, turn tranny sheave by hand and feel for roughness, loose or something not right.

The bracket is in this pic. but a bit hard to recognize. It has 2 kinda large gold bolt heads in it. Just forward of the starter. If you look at the right end of the bracket, (close to the starter belt) you can see my weld (discoloration).
