battery toubleshooting
Bought all new 6 batterty 48 volts and only the #1 battery is dead with in two weeks and all the others are fine. any help why that one is going dead

Most likely because You are not charging it.
Make sure the positive wire from the back of the charger receptacle is connected to the positive of battery #1 (pack positive). |

the charger is on full mode but it doesnt lower it self after hours on charge and it get really hot the charger

Even more indication You are only charging 40v worth of batteries, it will never get to the voltage needed to switch from bulk to absorption mode....
