Did you just take the bowl off & spray it out? Or did you take every single piece out and blow cleaner through each one?

Late getting back to this.. Yes, took all carb apart and jets out. On flat ground it's decent, but doesn't get up and go when I slam on gas unless choke is pulled. Bogs down going up hill as well.

I know I've said this in the past and I know it sounds crazy...but. Try removing the air box hose at the carberator, fold it out of the way and run it. Please report back if any changes.

It would leak oil a lot if bad, and will not affect how it runs.

Try putting the choke on a little and if that helps then just go ahead and hog out the main jet. (assuming you have no intake leaks)

The choke? Just pull it on at maybe half throttle but not enough that it misses, then floor it and see if it goes better. You will have to do it a few times to find the right spot because the choke comes on quickly its hard to do it partially. If you find a spot that runs better than no choke, its lean.

Then you get a torch tip cleaner or a jet drill set, either is cheap the tip cleaner works like a file the drills are drills. Then just go up one size at a time with the main jet. You may have to take the carb off the first time to break the jet loose, its under the bolt that holds the bowl on, and you don't want to strip it, it will be tight unless you had it out. Put it in semi tight and you can put the carb on and get the bowl off and remove the jet in the cart on a G2/9 anyway, repeat until it runs good on a test run.

Yeah I knew about the choke. It runs like a champ at full choke. I had never drilled a jet out though. Thanks for info. Ur always a big help!
