We use a puller like this. It's uses are endless in the shop

Find that puppy, or just buy a new one! If you need some bolts, I'll mail you some, you'll just need some strong washers. I alway's recommend getting the bolts as far as you can into the threads of the fixed sheave!

Yeah know what you mean about washers. those bolt heads could stand to be larger. I used fender washers and they worked. But they look like a funnel now.
