thanks for you reply ,i have found the numbers with your help and they are STAMPED [AUSTRALIA] into frame.what i can see are as follows ?53 000416.i cant identify first digit.it has a white steering wheel as you may see in pics,if you need more pics let me know.i went and got a brand new solenoid and installed and still same problems.power at solenoid when pedal pressed and ignition on but not getting any further along .any help info is really appreciated guys...thanks

solenoid clicks,starter does not spin,i have found 2 fuses in rear wheel well[both fine] also a RELAY is there as well ,do you think it has anything to do with my problem...thanks heaps for your time

SUCCESS FINALLY ,auto electric shop gave me a faulty solenoid,i returned it and fitted the new one and it is going properly,1 week of school holidays left so my sons are happy ,thank you everyone.
