Just so we're on the same page, the last test was on the small white wire and the small black wire that were detached from the small lugs of the controller- right?

Correct. I only detached the black and white that were attached via lugs. I detached nor tested anything else.

I tested the black and white wires that have the blue ends in the picture

OK. That is the multi-step V-glide, not the controller that TahoeDawg was talking about. Same wires, different ends.

This time connect the meter the same way but instead watch the meter as you slowly depress the pedal. I'm guessing the ohms run up then drop off before full throttle.

Now you need to remove the cover on the in-board side. You have a blown resistor or a busted resistor lead wire. Either way you need to ID the offender and replace.

Side note......I've had the charger on for about 9 hours, and it's still charging. Could this have anything to do with it acting up? It usually charges faster than this.
