Now need choke to start
Replaced throttle cable on my Yamaha G1 now requires choke to start, didn't need choke prior to this. Any clues?

Re: Now need choke to start
Check to make sure butter fly in the carb is closing all the way also seen the throttle shaft wear and allow air in causing it to lean out and need choke to start

Re: Now need choke to start
Have checked carby butterfly and all looks good, also checked throttle arm and was able to fix the sloppiness that was present. Still needs choke and also finding car is surging under load.
