Club Car DS floor mat question
Greetings all,
I'm working on a pre-200.5 DS and have the gas pedal off since I'm doing an MCOR4 upgrade. I ordered a new floor mat but it will not stretch over the break pedal assembly. Anyone know a trick for this situation - other than removing the whole break assembly and pulling it up through the frame and reinstalling after the mat is on? |

Re: Club Car DS floor mat question
Use a heat gun or hot water to soften mat around brake pedal, then turn sideways and work it over brake pedal.

Re: Club Car DS floor mat question
Cut the floor mat with a sharp knife...install the mat...then using Goop glue clue the underside of the mat along the cut and place a heavy rock on the cut until the glue dries...you will never even know that it was cut.😎
