Red face Golfcartstore.com legit website?

I recently ordered a backseat for my club car ds from this site and received a receipt via email. 3 days later still have not received a shipping confirmation. After checking the website better I can't find a customer service phone number or address. I'm beginning to think i have been scammed. Just wondering if anyone has felt with this site before and if so, did you have a good experience?

Thanks for any help with this matter!

I think it's legit. Set up more like a distributor rather than retail.

Keep us posted.

No way to contact them. Location is a field next to a church in Tampa. Doesn't come up in a standard google search. Pictures of carts are not by a store front. Lots of warning flags.

They have a nice web site with carts for sale. They have a gmail address for questions and no Ph number listed. But, this is not the first legit web site that I have purchased from that had no contact phone number.
It took a lot to put this site together. I doubt it's fake.
Did you email them to check on status? I would....

They have an Instagram site.
https://www.instagram.com/golfcartstore/
Lots of followers?
A Facebook page that hasn't been updated in a year. If you click on the "About" on Facebook, says they went into business 1/1/16.

There's a phone number listed in a pop up in the carts for sale pages. If you do a google search on the number it will pull up several hits in the Odessa, Fl area as well as some current EBay ads.

Hopefully You will be fine, but it is really fishy....

That domain expired and the site was sold back in March 2016 to a new owner.

The current domain record owner: New Ventures Services, is the shady corporate arm of web.com that snags domain names as they are expired in order to scalp anyone trying to renew it or purchase.

The SSL certificate for the site is a free 3 month open source developer type certificate that while does encrypt the traffic, it does nothing to certify the authenticity of the owner.

The same number SKD pointed out on the ads also appeared on the site home page back in march 2016.

Now that you found this forum You should use our site sponsors as they are all legit business.

If I'm the original poster I'm calling my CC company to stop payment. Too many red flags

Just checking if you ever received your item? I think I am in the same situation with them. I ordered on March 28, received a confirmation email, but then never heard anything else. I've tried contacting them with no luck. Finally got an email yesterday saying they were going to check the status, but then never got a follow up today. Seeming fishy to me now so I opened up a dispute via PayPal. Just curious if you had any luck...
