Re: 48 volt DS Just clicks won't move
with meter test voltage from pack neg to the b+ on the controller . you should have full pack voltage when the solenoid clicks if not then solenoid has failed .

Re: 48 volt DS Just clicks won't move
Solenoid is not dropping out. I even checked the green wire that runs from the controller to A1 and have full voltage.

Re: 48 volt DS Just clicks won't move
Ok I ran the entire test and still find nothing and the cart still won't run. I did notice when I checked the potentiometer it started at 6.4 instead of around 5 I even had another laying around so I hooked it up and cart still did nothing. So do I go ahead and order a controller??? Should I check the f&r?? If so how do you check that

Re: 48 volt DS Just clicks won't move
check the F/R switch for continuity in both positions . did you check the front limit switch for continuity and you can connect the green and white together to bypass the switch .
