robin engine wont ilde
I'm new here and this is my first gas cart. it starts and will run but will not idleneed help please, mikey4u

There not made to, they shut off when you let off the peddle.

no have not got to that was thinking that it might be the plug looks like the factory plug but if you say cable i'll try it first

They will backfire if the ignition cuts off before the carb is completely closed. This happens alot when people try adjusting the governor or throttle cable.

There is a small idle adjustment screw on the side of the carb that if screwed in will hold the carb (butterfly) or throttle plate open and cause backfires.
Back the screw out until the throttle plate closes all of the way. Also make sure the cable is not holding it open. |
