Is the battery dead? Check the voltage.
Wouldn't be the first time a brand new battery was a dud.
Any lights left on?
A failed voltage regulator could cause the battery to drain.

Still shows 12.6 volts
I believe the brushes might be bad! Turned the clutch with my hands and still won’t do anything...

Turn key On, put it in maintenance mode, press the pedal and make sure you get power on the large white wire at the starter gen.
If you have power reaching there and no bad connections at the starter gen, then it's something in the starter.

If that's an original club car starter gen don't get rid of it, rebuild it. Brushes are not that expensive and aftermarket starter gens are not reliable.
