local hardware has filters for $9
Yeah, I get the 20 packs that are like $10. Takes a month for them to show but I order a couple at a time and they last a good while. I just know when I get down to about 5 or so to order another bag. Never had any problems with them. They may not be as great as a name brand filter, but they do the job and definitely better than nothing :)

Do you have any issues using smaller vs bigger filters? i had some small round ones for my trike but my club car has these massive acorn style ones. I didn't figure it would matter but I ordered medium sized ones from ebay - i figured the paper style would filter more than the "mesh" or steel wool looking style

I don't really notice any difference to be honest. The filters are rated in microns, the smaller the micron the better it is going to filter.

The best ones I've used are the really tiny ones like this. These are super super small, and work great in a lot of 4wheelers and stuff that don't have room for a bigger filter. https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catal...xoCTzEQAvD_BwE
