Re: Bad throttle sensor maybe???
The controller is showing signs of life, signs that are typically absent when controller is bad. But the motor not trying to stop the cart is a big red flag (with all other signs of controller life being good).
Checking for continuity between both A terminals, should be below 2 ohm. Check F terminals, should also be low. Check between any A terminal & any F terminals, Should be high resistance. I actually prefer the "remove & inspect" for 100% conclusive evidence. Seeing with your own eyes is even better than measuring it. And, if there is any chance of rebuild, you can see. |

Re: Bad throttle sensor maybe???
Reverse buzzer works, controller activates solenoid when vehicle pressed. Also, I added to previous response.

Update. Went and checked on it today. If I start to roll it while pushing the pedal the cart starts to go, but it’s like jerking/bumping while moving Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Bad throttle sensor maybe???
bball - intermittent motor function can be a sign of bad brushing in motor. There have been some recent posts showing motor disassembly and bad bushings. Might be worth a look.

I have similar issues, batteries passed their load test and replaced the speed sensor. Now I’m going to the brushes as well, any update on the final fix? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Bad throttle sensor maybe???
Did you find your problem? I’m having similar issues. Don’t want to buy expensive throttle sensor at 175$ and that not be it. Someone on here has to know how to check that switch... help!

Re: Bad throttle sensor maybe???
Yes, probe the black wire and the (blue?) wire. Not red. Signal should be about 0.47v at rest, 4.5v at full throttle, with a smooth transition as the pedal is pressed.
