older ezgo gas carts noisy?
Hi everyone
I just got a 86 gas ezgo cart.It is going to need a little work mostly because the guy that owned it was...umm a little sort on the doing things right idea..lol anyway..I was wondering..My cart seems awful loud..like a clattering in the clutch or drive area.I am no mechanic so please bear with me.Its not he engine..thats pretty quiet. Is this just something that goes with the age cart or is there something maybe I can check out? I had a Yamaha cart a couple years ago and that one seemed to have alot more power and speed compared to this one.This one is kinda slow on any inclines but does ok on level.I think it needs a new belt and that might help with power and speed but the clanging is annoying. any ideas guys? thanks Mike M |
