No, it isn't. But I'm not sure what it is. Maybe the Yamaha or EZ-GO guys know.

Dont think it is from a Yamaha. And dont think it's from an ezgo either. Maybe a harley or something?
Are you sure it even came from a golf cart? |

here is a side shot - I bought 3 pallets of parts from a Golf Cart shop going out of business last year. this was the odd ball. I will take a couple more shots of the side profile or crack it open
It does not match any of my Yamaha or Ezgo clutches |
