How hard is it to split and reassemble a 2pg EZGO engine?
Well, how hard is it, do you need any special tools?

Re: How hard is it to split and reassemble a 2pg EZGO engine?
A small press or a large vice would be nice to have , but if you are REAL CAREFUL a good deadblow hammer will work , other than that just end wrenches , the main thing is pat attention to detail , I built one last month and a 3pg the month before and they both ran on completion , but there is always a first time and appearently a second .
and remember not to use the hammer on any non-reinforced aera or you will need someone that can weld aluminum . BTW - I had to put the 2pg engine together and back apart 3 times before I got it right ,, details ,details , details . |
