It has been a long time since I ran the G9. It has been sitting for the last 8 months
if I remember it the plug was a little black. not bad at all. I was running a straight through dirt bike muffler with the 155.
when I went to the modded stock muffler, the plug was really black. Even when i went down to a 135 main with the modded stock muffler. the plug was really black.

Is it ok to run an engine rich like that? or will you carbon up the engine parts?

my g9 did seem to run better with it rich, when i go down in jet size the plug starts to look better but i lose performance...

I am having problems on long hills with my G9. I have upgraded to the kevlar final drive belt, and that gives me really good traction. But the hills make my motor drag and slow down. Will a carb upgrade and muffler upgrade give me a bit more power? I am not looking to go faster. Just make it up a hill without killing the motor..

Where does one get different sized jets for the G9 Carb?

Already got a Umax spring in the rear clutch? If not, its the best $12 you will ever spend on your cart.

I had the plowman's on my G14.In fact I still have it along with my smoking G14 laying on the garage floor. It fit well it sounded only slightly louder and with some carb adjustments added some more power.
