Rear wheels are locked after 12 months sitting

SUCCESS!! I got them unlocked, stomped on the brake half a dozen times. Got under neath and WD-40 what I could see. It's a little bit tight, but rolling just fine.

I did notice that there is a battery cable (I think that is what it is) that is not connected to the motor underneath there.
My brother (who broke it) had taken it to some guy to check it out. That guy said it needed a new motor. Is it possible that that cable was unattached for his inspection?

who's knows what he did, good to hear you got it rolling, take a pack reading on the battery pack and lets us know what it is,

I'm afraid I don't have access to any kind of electric reading equipment here. Like an ohm meter, or that. I have that stuff up at home. I am going to try to beg, borrow or buy a small trailer & get it up to my house. It will probably be another week before I can get it up there.

I would like to bring my problem back here, when I have it up there, and I can run thru tests, print out the wiring diagrams I found here and do whatever y'all will suggest.

If it was something I could fix with a hammer, a 9/16 socket and some sweat, I could do it today! Alas....
