If I hold it down it goes to 35.6 and the control side of solenoid and b+ wire gets hot. Still can hold it but it is hot

It drops to 35.6volts if I hold it. The wire that runs from B+ to the controller side of solenoid get hot. This is the wire that I had said it has voltage even before the solenoid kicks in.
