Oops sparky cart, those are the wrong numbers. I was thinking Gas. This should be correct 611931 and includes the seals and the ring.

It is hard to tell what it is doing with the axle out but you could try getting the hub off the axle and putting it back in however, as much bearing damage as you have I would be worried there were some in with the differential gears.. Pull the cover and see what you have..

Just like kgsc said, it looks like you need new bearings, races & seals in the hub as well as axle bearing and he's right, pop the cover on the rear end and take a close look at all the gears for wear or damage. You can go to a trailer company and buy a complete hub kikt with bearings, races & seals cheaper that individualy. Need more help just yell.

Glad it worked out for you and I'm happy to help. As far as maintenance goes, stay on top of the water level in the batteries. Make sure that the water does not get low enough that it is below the lead plates. Also keep it charged up, try to not let it get below about half way discharged. You might want to look into desulfication on Google search.

Also keep everything lubed. Lubed parts are happy parts, lube is cheap and good insurance. Also just like a vehicle, watch for things that seem different on the cart and look into it to prevent being stuck somewhere with a broken cart. With electric carts the solenoid, F&R(front & rear)switch, cables, controller, motor can get hot. If they are getting hot then you have a problem. Don't let it go unchecked, you would hate to have the cart stuck on full open going either forward or reverse. Seem like a lot to be on top of but just regular normal maintenance procedures. And most important, if you are not sure on something, GO TO THE FORUM AND ASK. Hope this helps.
