Default rehabing my axle

After I did this to my cart:

I got a used DANA 73500G01 for 50 bucks from a cart that had caught fire. Soon after I installed I noticed a clicking from it that would increase with speed. I want to replace ALL bearings and seals. Does anyone have a link to a source that I can get all the parts I need? Thanks in advance

Thanks Yurtle! I noticed the the service manual is for '88-'95. The axle is out of a 2004 cart. Will the parts in the manual fit my axle?

If this was caused by things like Jumps, and you plan to continue doing it,I'd build an axle-truss to strengthen the axle.I busted the case on my G2-axle last year doing stuff like that.

I don't know, but it worked for my 1998.

No jumps. There were 4 300lb people on the back seat. One of them was standing and he jumped up, when he came down... SNAP!

If that is the "Normal-Load" for the cart, add the truss.Once the springs bottom out,the axle becomes the suspension,it starts flexing, and snaps the tube or the case.

Pachanga, that's a decent looking job on the truss. However, Otter, since you are going to have the axle out, you might want to consider having a good aluminum welder fabricate a nice welded on truss for you. It will be infinitly stronger than any bolt-on can be and should eliminate any further concerns.

A look through this page should give you some good ideas. The one at the bottom is a real sweet manufactured piece.
