1. Yes, but a typical 36V golf cart battery charger puts out 15A to 20A. That might be a little high for 12V marine batteries.
What are their Amp-Hour rating?

2. Is it a 12 volt trickle charger or a 2 Amp trickle charger?
In either case, you don't have to use it.

3. Each one can be charged separately with a 12V charger.
