Lift for 97 TXT
I purchased a 97 EZGO TXT electric as a very budget-friendly project. I'm having trouble with the cart dragging when I try to unload it from my toy-hauler. I was thinking that a 4 or 5" lift would do the trick. I don't have the money for bigger rims and tires so I'm trying to use the stock ones. I actually need clearance and not just a body lift. What's my most economical route to take? Can I just put some type of spacer for wheels if I go with a spindle lift?
Thanks! |

Re: Lift for 97 TXT
I had the same setup and was tired of hitting my head on the rear of the roof so I bought an All Sports drop axle 3 inch lift. Looks OK with the stock wheels/tires and was pretty inexpensive. less than $200 May not be as heavy duty as others but I knew this was a street only type cart for me. Any taller lift and I go OEM. Just my 2 cents..
