Jack.....Nice pics you got there!! That second one with the deer in the dark looks like a few old hunting guys I once knew that would drink too much and never make it out of bed in the morning. That's what they looked like at 2:00am while still playing cards 'n drinking beer!!

I put my deer on their back, on the footrest of my back seat. A couple of bungy cords to tie the legs to the side supports/armrest of the seat keeps the deer from falling off. For the money, I'd buy a back seat assembly instead of that rack. There is a lot more you can do with the back seat assembly during the rest of the year. Will try to post a pick of how I tie down the deer....

I got rid of my steel back seat that came with my Beast 48 because of the weight. It took two of us to carry it away. If it had been made from aluminum maybe I would have kept it. I was looking for more run time since I am covering up to 1,000 acres checking cameras and putting out corn. We don't use electric feeders. We use tube feeders and throw it on the ground along with Peanut Butter Rice Bran.

Here is my current rear winch set set up that I use to load deer and hogs.

Very nice!! But.....for now I just need to get one in this late Pa. flintlock season!!! (pull trigger......fizzzzzz.....smokeeeee......nuthin. ****!!!) That's how it goes with a flintlock rifle!!!

Would something like this work for you? I found this pull behind this year almost for free, added 200$ worth of tires and bearings. Then added a little camo..  I drag to the cart and load em up, drive under the gambrel at home and hoist, to clean. Works great for an old fart who is trying to save his back....  |
