Default 2002 club car gas transporter running issue

When I have the choke pulled the cart will run, as soon as the choke is pushed back in there is a quick surge of power and than it dies. The carburetor seems to be fine, also changed the air filter and fuel filters. The fuel pump is workin too. any ideas?

Either it is sucking air somewhere like not having the air filter cover not on correctly, hole in the bottom of the hose from air filter to carb or dirt in the carb.

You might want to check your pilot jet. Good Luck, cueman

You may want to put some Sea Foam in your gas tank just incase there is some more stuff in the carb. cueman
