Ok checked all points highlighted in johnnies high curcit loop that was in red every reading was the exact same as the low solenoid voltage 30 hmmm what next do I need to change solenoid ? Thanks

So does that mean the solenoid is bad since I have to much volt drop . Thanks
Does the solenoid have the 7.3V drop when it is energized?

When the solenoid is energized, the voltage on both large terminal should the same, or within a few Milli-volts.

However, when the solenoid is de-energized, and there is a pre-charge resistor installed, the controller side terminal will be lower than the battery side terminal. A drop of 7.3V may be normal.

When checking the voltage on the cables highlighted in red, the PEDAL IS PUSHED JUST FAR ENOUGH FOR THE SOLENOID TO CLICK.

If the solenoid is closed (Energized), voltage between B- and M- and from B- to every other point highlighted in red, should be the same as the pack voltage.

If your are getting 37.4V at the battery pack and only 30.0V on the solenoid's controller side terminal when the solenoid is energized, than the solenoid is bad.

Ok when I push the petal just enough to energize the solenoid volts stay the same 27.3 at half throttle it'd drops to 16 and stays ther all the way to wide open throttle

We are at troubleshooting step-2 and pushing the pedal further than what it takes to make the solenoid click, is not part of step-2.

That pesky little resistor cause all sorts of confusion at times, so remove the resistor from the solenoid.

With the resistor removed, measure the voltage (Negative test lead on B-) on the solenoid's controller side large terminal.

It should be zero before the solenoid clicks and the same as the battery pack voltage after it clicks.

If the solenoid is clicking, the voltages on the small terminals are okay.

There are two large terminals.
One large terminal has a cable that connects directly to the battery and will read battery pack voltage 100% of the time.

The other large terminal has a cable that connects to the controller's B+ terminal and should be Zero before solenoid clicks and battery pack voltage after it clicks.

The solenoid is an electromechanical switch. What it does is connect and disconnect the battery pack to the controller.

Put new solenoid on got 37.8 at battery terminal of solenoid before click after click got 37.8. On b+ terminal of solenoid got 31.6 before click got 37.8 after click. At b+ terminal of controller got 31.6 before click. After click got 37.8. Cart still don't run so what's next. Thanks
