Default Another G29 that doesn't move!!

Played 27 holes with a bit of driving back and forth to course. Started heading home and was going very slow, figured batteries were dead. Stopped to turn, hit gas and nothing. Pushed it home and put it on charger, next morning brother had unplugged charger because it was really loud. Put charger back on, waited ten minutes and when I went to pull plug from cart it was very hot and smelled like something was burning. Got a chance to check batteries and they were about 50.5v. Two fuses were ok. So I flipped it into tow for about 30 seconds and flipped it back, cart made some noises and worked fine. Any ideas on what's going on, don't want to push it home again?

Which charger, MAC, DPI, or Moric (flat, light charger)?

Clean & inspect the pins in the charger handle, and the sockets on the cart side. A little lube (small amount of wd-40 works. Operate the plug several times to ensure smooth operation and full engagement. Let charge for a while, check to see if its super hot.

Think I may have found issue. My cart has three prong plug and the charger that came with cart is only a two.

I believe the 3rd prong does not have anything to do with charging. I think it only keeps the cart from being able to "go" while still plugged in. More of a safety feature than charging

That makes sense and kind of what I thought because it always charged it fine. If you look closer at the left prong in the second picture , you can see the plastic has melted around it.
