Default need to upgrade motor and controller

I have a 91 ezgo marathon controller cart.

It's all stock except for a alltrax 4834 , and 20" tires.

The alltrax just burned up on me.

I got it off eBay , and never thought to check the date on it, it was out of warranty when u bought it...

The stock motor was making some noise , so i think it went out and fried the controller.

So I need a new motor and controller and solenoid.

This time I want the controller to actually be under warranty when I buy it.

I have hilly terrain here, so i was thinking about the ge beast motor.

But I'm having trouble finding someone that sells it, keep coming up with amd motors instead of ge .

I would like the 4865 controller.

I went with a 500 amp alltrax, 48 volt and a D&D 502 motor. Really nice. With the series cart go with a spm 600, d&d MOTOR AND 48 VOLT AND THAT THING WILL ROCK! Or if you are want the right advice,,,,, go Scotty b!

For this cart I like the GE 700 amp control with the 400 super solenoid for $489
The GE control is a plug and play install with identical footprint to the original. Motor wise I would use a high torque D&D 401 for $499. The right stuff at the right price

These Series motors handle more amperage than Sepex motors. It's not really apples to apples like that

Well really you have a $75 solenoid in the package so you could say it's more like an unbelievable 59 cents an amp. Anyway you look at it - it's our lowest price ever for 700 amps.
