Default axe 4844 / initial programming?

Just installed the controller and the cart will barely move... does it need initial programming? I was hoping for a plug -n- play and fine tune it later... Is it not initially programmed to atleast a baseline?

Just spoke to Carl at EV drives and he is saying its something with the ITS.... solid red LED when the accelerator is pushed after a few seconds of green.... I gotta check voltage between pins 2 and 3...

just an update..... Carl at EV drives says it has to be shipped back to him because it's stuck in some kind of "boot" mode...

I have never heard of "boot" mode. Alltrax controllers come shipped ready to run. Tweak afterward. (That is if you buy one ready to go. If you buy used you may have to swap setings around.)

......if green when at rest and then solid red when you push the gas then it is in the wrong throttle input mode for your cart ....
