Default blow by and compression

I have a 2005 txt that I recently aquired,the cart runs good,but seems to have excessive blow by with the filler cap off and you spin the engine,is this normal,also what should the compression be on this eng. 4 cyc. robbin/fuji 05,I,m new on this ,so any help would appreciated:

there will positive pressure with the cap off, the compression should be between 140 to 160LBS
