Default What type of body

I got a 2000 club car. Is the body plastic or fiberglass?

I agree with S-P ,but if you're not sure look on the underside or engine compartment if it is fiberglass you should see small strands because they typically do not finish the insides .If it is plastic it will be somewhat soft if you try to scrape it with something sharp .

I think so too scottyb. My 93 is plastic, my 84 is fiberglass (thick and heavy compared to the plastic), so in between there they switched for sure. I was thinking they stopped using the 'glass bodies around 88, but I could be wrong.
