Default M core question

I just took my 2011 president to have accel and speed setting checked, turned off regen " I like to coast and do not have hills." My guy told me I have a throttle 2 fault? I have no issues with the cart. Drives great. Should I change it? Anyone have the part #

are you sure he said "throttle 2 fault" ?

manual only has throttle 1 fault

Quote:
THROTTLE FAULT 1
If the throttle position sensor or MCOR (Motor Controller Output Regulator) voltage is less than 0.20 volts or greater
than 4.80 volts, the controller detects a throttle fault 1 fault

He said throttle 2. Unless I misunderstood and there were 2 throttle faults. His statement was " you need an m core. I do not have any drive ability issues that I know of.

If it is driving good and you are happy with the way it runs, you don't have a problem that needs repairing. Use it as long as it is working ok.

This is probably a case of the customer always being right. If you thought something was wrong and you took it to the shop to have it fixed they weren't going to say you were wrong.
