EZGO charger issue
I have a 2008 ezgo 36v cart. Recently replaced batteries, now my 2006 powerwise charger just clicks on and off. I have changed the littlefuse 60 amp , thinking I blew it while trying to charge old dead batteries but it still just clicks on and off blinks green then off . After a few green blinks it will blink red.? No idea what to do now....any ideas?

Thanks Birddog4x4......and Thanks JohnnieB for the fault codes page. No time to check today, but I will try to narrow it down soon. Stay tuned!

Re: EZGO charger issue
Clean all the contacts in the chargers output plug and the cart's charge receptacle.
Also clean the interconnecting cables on the battery pack. |

Re: EZGO charger issue
Thanks JohnnieB! I did that. I'm beginning to think the charger is not staying on because the batteries are not discharged enough. I have not used it much at all since new batteries installed. I checked voltage on the pack today=36.8v and each individual battery=6.1-6.2vCould it be the charger is telling me they don't need charging? Thanks.....going to ride it a bit today to see if I can discharge batteries enough so charger will work tonight??

Re: EZGO charger issue
36.8 is nowhere near full. More like 60%.
